to make an application for the course opted for with the Institute.
The
Prospectus-cum-Application Form can be acquired by sending a DD of Rs. 250 drawn in favour of Trident Educational Trust
Payable at Kolkata, or can be collected in person from any of the offices/franchisees
as mentioned in the contact details.
Application Form can also be downloaded from this site and can be sent along-with
a DD of Rs. 250 drawn in favour of Trident Educational Trust Payable at Kolkata. Upon receipt of the duly filled in
application form, the Prospectus will be despatched. The
Institute, after scrutinizing the duly filled in application forms, will intimate
all the eligible candidates the date and venue of the Selection test / Interview.
A candidate is required to present himself /herself alongwith all the Original
documents/testimonials. Candidate has to bear the conveyance charge on his/her
own. The Test / Interview will be based on academic subjects like Physics,
Chemistry and Mathematics as per the prescribed academic standards of the applied
course. A test of English Language and test of reasoning will also be conducted.
The selection of Candidates will be strictly on the basis of merit. The
selected candidates may enroll themselves for the applied course by paying the
Registration fee of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) by way of Demand Draft
in favour of Trident Educational Trust. Payable at
Kolkata, however the confirmation of seat / batch will be done by the Institute
only after receipt of the full course fees, minimum 7 days prior to the commencement
of the course opted for. Kindly note any payment made is not refundable / transferable under any circumstances. The institute reserves the right to Select, Waitlist or Reject any candidature at any point of time without giving any reason. The decision of the Institute will be final and binding to all concerned.

There should be no evidence of any morbid condition of
either eye or of the lids of either eye which may be liable to risk aggravation
or recurrence.
The
minimum standard of visual acuity shall be: 6/6 in each eye without glasses.
All candidates must have normal color
vision without colour blindness.
Hearing must be good in both ears and there should be no
sign of supperative disease. No hearing aid shall be permitted.
There should be no evidence of acute or chronic skin
disease or chroniculooration
Speech should be without impediment. - Candidates should have sufficient
number of natural teeth (in healthy state) for mastication.

Spleen should not be palpably enlarged and there should be no evidence of tenderness
in the splenic area.
- Liver should
not be palpable or tender.
- There
should be no oral sepsis.
- There should
no sugar in urine.
- Candidates should
not be suffering from haemorrhoids, fissures in ano, fistulae anal, hernia or
bubenocale or ischio-rectal abscess or hydrodelo.
- Blood pressure
should not exceed 85 diastolic and 140 systolic.
- Candidates
with low blood pressure ( i.e. systolic below 100) should be rejected.
- There
should be no sign of any cardiovascular disease.
Candidates should be free from all diseases
of respiratory system. There should be no deformity of chest which may cause impediment
to breathing.
There should be no evidence of genito urinary disease or
any abnormality.
- The function of all limbs should be within
normal limits.
- There should be no
evidence of serious deformity of the spinal column of the extremities.
There should be no evidence of any disease
of nervous system or of any mental disease.
There should
be no evidence of tuberculosis or other disease of the glandular system including
the endocrine glands.
