Documents to be Submitted along with the Application

• Class 10th & 12th Admit card ( attested by Gazetted Officer ) - 3 copies
• Class 10th & 12th Mark Sheet ( attested by Gazetted Officer ) - 3 copies
• Class 10th & 12th Pass Certificate i.e Board Certificate ( attested by Gazetted Officer ) - 3 copies
• Class 10th & 12th School Leaving Certificate ( attested by Gazetted Officer ) - 3 copies
• Age proof document ( attested by Gazetted Officer ) - 3 copies
• Passport ( attested by Gazetted Officer ) - 3 copies
• Passport Size Colour Photo in White Shirt - 6 Nos.
• Original Medical Fitness Certificate - from a registered medical practitioner
• Original Eye Sight Test / Colour Vision Test Certificate - from a registered medical practioner
• Processing fees of Rs. 250/- by D.D. in favour of Trident Educational Trust, payable at Kolkata.

Note: All original Educational Qualification Certificate and other documents i.e. Passport, Birth Certificate, Voter ID and Ration Card has to be produced at the time of admission. Remember Passport is mandatory for joining the course.
